Xhosa Biko was born on Sept 12, 1977 in the Independance Port district of Paragon City and grew up in impoverished King's Row. A gifted thinker, Zhosa enrolled in the Founder's Fall University  Medical Program under a full scholarship where he also became a political activist particularly against Crey Industires and thier many attempts to displace through illegal means the residents of his old King's Row neighborhood.
