Deep in the heart of the shadow shard lies the true denziens of the shard, creatures who draw their essence from the very plane itself, given form and will by ancient Rularuu. Their purpose unknown, they are called the harbingers of darkness and the takers of tainted souls. It is their destiny to walk the worlds beyond the shadow shard collecting the souls of those marked by thier dark master. Each warloghe is linked to thier creator with arcane tattoos that provide thier power and each carries the device of Rularuu, a staff imbued with a portion of his divine essence.
