Katerpiller or Kat, thats what his friends call him. His real name is Duke Pharmasel, owner of the largest construction companies, Big D Construction, in Paragon City. At present he has job sites in every zone but work keeps getting delayed by villians and Rikti alike. He employs many "part time" workers to supplement their hero salary. If you need a job, apply within.

He started as a common labor hand after the orignal Big D took him in off the streets. Dont get all sentimental, Big D saw the potential in the boy and worked him accordingly. As he grew up he learned all there was to know about the business both good and bad. Who to grease and who to step on. Then when the time was right the company was his and he vowed to make a better life for himself and the citizens of Paragon.
