Character Bio

Brad Loggins was born different - to put it mildly. He was born with an irreversible skin condition that made it look as if he had been skinned alive. Needless to say, his parents were mortified, as well as the attending pysicians. They made the decision, with the urging of their doctor, to put him in foster care from birth.
Brad has known no family but those that took him in - the Paragon City Justice Society. The PCJS was known for taking those that were different under their wings, and Brad was certainly different. He grew up in the company of those that did not fear him and became a member of the PCJS family. He has developed the ability to transmit sonic waves from his mouth, able to create destruction just by talking. As he has progressed in the control of his powers, he has found that he can envelope himself with sound ao that he can actually float - a handy power for one who doesn't need to be hit by bad guys - :).
