Character Bio

Barry Jacobs grew up in the lap of luxury in downtown New York City. He was one of the pampered masses that believed the government should help all of the people all of the time. Heroes were a nuicance and, like with firearms, should be banned from society. While taking part in a protest against the heroes of Paragon City, he had a change of heart... The protest group was attacked by the a villain who calls himself Jack be Bad, a mutant whose powers consisted of radiation attacks. A hero came to the, rescue - FIX THE EDITING ENGINE!!!
