Character Bio

Bud Stryzinski is all black and white.  Everything he owns is colorless, it's just how she sees the world...
He has decided to create something that will add color to the world and, at the same time, will help his fair city survive the onslaught of villainy!
He has put his remarkable talent of sound manipulation to good use and has designed a device that will allow him to create sound waves oif different colors, depending on the circumstance.  He has also developed a special set of gauntlets that allow him to use the natural static electrical energy that is created by his very suit.
