Character Bio

Francis 'Franky' Miller grew up on the East coast, son of two carnival 'freak-show' performers who traveled from town to town with the rest of the troupe. His parents were both moderately 'special,' but Franky was the real deal. Rat tail and the ablility to regenerate after cutting himself, no trace of the cut left to tell the tale. He gained some notoriety when, on a jaunt to the Georgia State Fair, he had people coming from miles around just to watch him cut off his hand to allow it to grow back, good as new!While working/living in this carnival troupe, he befriended Guiseppe Genero, the sword swallower of the group. Guiseppe, or GG to his friends, was an accomplished swordsman, and Franky took a liking to using the rapier. He became quite adept with the blade and, thanks to his ambidexterity, he was able to use two blades at once with no difficulty whatsoever.While visiting Rhode Island, he journeyed to Paragon City to see all of the freaks that ran around the city.
