Character Bio

While some of New Camelot's projects had undeniable success, others fared less well.
Fracas was one of those less successful projects.
If truth had been known beforehand, the subject never would have been
subjected to the Fracas Effect. The test subject already being para-human, the
results were unpredictable and, quite frankly, not profitable.
He turned to a life of vigilantism for hire, but has recently turned from being a
mercenary to a full-fledged hero.
