Miranda Las Cruces A-10 Mk. VII was a member of an elite unit in the Army of the Republic of Free Thought--Psychic Shock Troops Special Unit 373, the 'Lancers.' A heavily scarred veteran of the endless psychic wars of her home dimension, reeling from the loss of her comrades but unable to face yet another mandatory mindwipe, she made a split-second decision and stole a skipship, escaping through a portal left by Portal Corp. Now AWOL and completely at a loss, faced for the first time with the frightening concept of free choice, Miranda hopes to use her abilities to aid the authorities of Paragon City. ((RPer))
