Character Bio

Famed aviatrix and air race champion Diana O'Dare toured the world promoting her sleek Stiles Shrike airplane--and doing covert surveillance for the U. S. government. An exciting life for a Kansas farm girl? Yes! But her life became even more thrilling when she rescued hapless archaeologist Ashton Lloyd from Nazi agents. During their flight out of Egypt, Professor Lloyd gifted Diana with the mysterious Amulet of Hatshepsut. This intriguing artifact, which would not suffer the touch of a male, imbued Diana with amazing powers courtesy of Horus, god of the sun.

Emulating her beloved pulp heroes, Diana styled herself 'The Masked Shrike' and embarked on a new career as a popular costumed crimefighter. Recently her several members of Allied Force were wrenched from their time and brought into Paragon's future by a magical rite.
