Dear Diary... so, my big brother, Nature-Boy, thinks he's all that and a bag of microchips for getting into the Legion. He doesn't know I swiped his spell book to give myself powers and show him that I can be as good a heroine as he can be a hero. That'll teach him to rub his "3 minutes older than you" junk in my face all these years! But I think I'm going to have to sub out one of the ingredients... cayenne pepper should work in place of this asaf...oetida...? stuff that I can't even spell, much less say! That ought to work, right? And the sage doesn't have to be dried, really, does it? i don't know where he keeps it, so I'll just grab some old plant out of mom's garden, it should be ok... right?
