In a world of rust and darkness, both literal and figurative, some people must attempt to shine the light. That's what this individual aimed to do. Along with several comrades, he jacked into one of many subterranean cities and let the rebelous sounds ring out to the mindless masses.

He didn't anticipate the defenses unfortunately, and when the system fought back, he was on the receiving end of untold quantities of electricity... Luckily for him, his mutation picked that moment to go active.

*Yes, the spikes are protruding from his skin if they are there, and electricity does arc between them at times

*his body holds a lot of electricity, unfortunately he can't control it completely, so he uses a pair of metal spikes to attack, which he leaves hooked to his belt when not in use.
