Character Bio

Roger Scott was walking his beat and found a strange medallion.  Thinking he'd drop it off at the station for the poor person who lost it, he stuck it in his pocket.  Unfortunately, it was an experimental relic from one of Azuria's students, and imbued him (permanently) with a bizarre set of powers.  Now he's been drafted to the "Bell, Book and Candle" Brigade, assigned to helping out heroes.  He may even ditch the beat cop uniform eventually, if the current legislation to grandfather people like him into Longbow goes through the City Council
