Character Bio

Emma Green's granddaughter was visiting, and had books on something called "Wicca"... when Emma asked her granddaughter Nancy what that was all about, Nancy told her that she was a practicing witch.  Emma had always been fascinated by the mystical arts, and asked her granddaughter for a protective charm because of all the purse snatchers in Paragon City. Nancy charmed Emma's favorite coat, turning it green, and they were both surprised when they found that the coat had given Emma mystical powers as well!  So what's a nice retired gal to do with mystical powers, but go out and help the heroes defeat the bad guys?
