Terence Oswald James Allen Michaelson was born to a wealthy, stuffed-shirt family in Boston. He had his fill of high society before he'd even hit puberty, and when his anger brought the shadows to life around him, he realized he had his ticket out of the snobfest that was his parent's lifestyle, so he dressed himself humbly and found the worst possible name to use, so his parents would never ever make the connection.
