Character Bio

Penelope Stafford always loved hanging around the "lavender community", because the boys always made her laugh. It was in her late teens that she started hearing their thoughts, and learning just how sad some of them were. When she started having uncontrolled bursts of speed, however, she knew that she was different than other girls. And, it made her feel like a freak, an outcast, and she understood "her boys" even better. One of her friends told her about his cousin Randy, who had gone off to Paragon City to be a fabulous superhero. She hadn't told her friends about her abilities, but she knew she had to go track Mr. Cox down and ask for his help learning to control her powers. The boys sent her off, telling her to have a fabulous high-velocity time, and thus Fabulocity was born!
