Character Bio

When the lord of vampires, Count Dracula, attacked his city, the Claw took him on and one, but at a terrible price; in order to defeat the vampire he had to become one himself!  Unable to control his bloodlust for very long, he soon attacked other members of his world's Justice Avengers, starting a plague of monsters from which the planet would never recover.
