Character Bio

John Baker grew up in a small Texas town near Houston. He was a very intelligent young man and he used his smarts to graduate from college as a Nuclear Physics major. He spent many long hours working on theorems and hypotheses - never really getting to realize his full potential due to a horrible accident which caused him to change his priorities. He was in the lab one day, when a reactor began to leak. He ordered everyone out of the lab and stayed so that he could stop the leak before a melt-down occurred. He was able to stop the leak, but his mutant blood allowed him to survive the long exposure to radiation. He was endowed with extraordinary powers and he decided to put them to use by going to Paragon City and helping to stem the flow of chaos that had begun there.
