Character Bio

Mickey Leclerc grew up in the swampland of Louisianna - Creole Country. He speaks with a heavy Cajun accent (which some people believe is fake - but Mickey's not letting anyone know how genuine it is). Mickey moved to Paragon City after finishing his training at the New Orleans Culinary Institute. His powers manifested themselves when he tasted an ingredient that he had never experienced before - Clown Basil. For some unknown reason, the Clown Basil acted as a catalyst to awaken his latent powers - electricity control. When the Rikti invaded Paragon City, Mickey decided to move there and help stem the flow of chaos - while being a chef at a very ritzy Creol restaurant, of course.
