Kidnapped by Trolls as a slave in the Hollows, Tim was subjected to many painful and invasive experiments, resulting in burgeoning super powers and a case of amnesia. Rescued by rising hero Decorum, Tim takes his name from the man he hero-worships and hopes to meet again.
