Character Bio

Kiera Ceallaghan is a former taxi driver from New York City. One night she was returning to Manhatten for a new fare when a drunk driver ran her off the Tappan Zee Bridge. Kiera survived the accident but soon discovered that the dangerous waters of the Hudson River gave her an ingrained knowledge of physics, the ability to call upon darker powers, and move both herself and others with but a thought.

Since her recovery, Kiera has relocated to Paragon City and enlisted with the Taxibot Service. Now armed with a hero ID card, a new radio handle, and a few new outfits, she's ready to lend a hand to other heroes.
