Character Bio

Kitiara is a bit of an oddity in her origins, her mother was nearly killed while fighting Deathsurge. When her mother went to the hospital for care afterwards she learned she was pregnant with Kit. After her birth is was discovered she had absorbed some electrical abilities from Deathsurge due to the large amount of voltage her mother took in the battle. Her mother took her to Paragon City in hopes of leaving the life of crime behind for her daughter's sake. As she has grown up she has slowly been able to harness these inherent powers & make them submit to her will. She started out with simple shocks as jokes, then later as pranks on those who harrassed her as a young child. After a particularly mean joke was played on her she lashed out at her tormentors & severly injured them. On the run from the PPD, she has fled into the shadows of the Rogue Isles to live as she wishes & out of their reach. Beware if you hear her giggling, as something bad is about to happen to somebody, possibly you.
