Character Bio

Billy Montecristo lived twenty-six years before his powers manifested. He had grown up as a normal, although brilliant, child and had turned out to be a promising young attorney in Hero City USA (Paragon, of course). While working for the DA of Paragon City, dealing with Super-Powered offenses, Billy was caught in the middle of an altercation between one villain - Chilly Willy - and three heroes from the Paragon City Justice Society. During this time, Chilly Willy had frozen most of the people in the courtroom, and he had started to defeat the heroes (all rookies). Billy found that he was unaffected by the chilling attack, and that he somewhat embraced being chilled! For some reason he concentrated on controlling the ice around him, and lo and behold!, he was able to direct it at Chily Willy and apprehend him. From that day forth he worked as an attorney and a member of the Paragon City Justice Society!!
