Character Bio

Eugene Periwinkle was just an ordinary man working a dead-end Wal-Mart job.
He spent his free time listening to Michael Bolton and helping his grandma knit sweaters. One day while out shopping for a Backstreet Boys CD, the music store employee gave him Marilyn Manson and the Spooky Kids by mistake.

After listening to the record just once, poor, impressionable Eugene Periwinkle became hoplessly obsessed. He lost himself to a new life of bondage, sadism, and the Occult (though he still enjoys knitting with his grandmother). Dissatisfied with the submissives he found in the underground B&D scene, he decided to take his love for inflicting pain to the next level and he became a superhero so he could legally inflict pain on criminals (thanks to Paragon City's lax vigilante laws).
