Character Bio

Police Chemist Allen West was bombarded with electrically charged Superadine, Rage, and Execlsior after a electrical discharge from frayed wiring hit a nearby metal storage rack. He soon realized his body now housed an immense electrical charge, and that the electrified drugs gave him control over the current racing through his body.  Meanwhile, the electrical discharge had started a fire. The Skulls surrounded the PD, cheering the fire and interfering with the Fire Department's attempts to bring the blaze under control.  Donning a red protective sparring suit, he rushed out to teach the Skulls a lesson, thus beginning the career of the Crimson Capacitor.
