It's me and my blade...'nuff said.

I suppose I owe you a little more than that...

I was sold into slavery almost immediately after birth and wound up in the tent of a bedou sheik as a potential eunuch to guard over his Hareem.  I was trained in the ways of the scimitar and other specialized swords throughout my childhood and early adolesence whereupon it became apparent I would be no threat to the hareem ever and was spared the fate of the traditional household guard...which left me free to pursue my own pleasures in the darkness of the early morning hours.

The Rikti invaded and the world changed.  I was discharged from my bondage as my talent with the blade was extraordinary and my sheik; knowing of the great peril we all faced, bade me come to Paragon City and aid in any way I could.

I remain your humble servant; my blade, my life...for the salvation of humanity!
