University professor of meteorology Harrison Hamilton Hollingsworth III is not actually human. He is actually a very old storm elemental who came to Paragon years ago to study first humans and now the infinitely more interesting heroes of the city. He has spent an extraordinary amount of time as a human and is having to re-learn his storm powers unfortunately.
