Character Bio

Rain King is a technical genious. He made a fortune during the technology stock
bubble prior to the Ritki invasion. Horrified at what he saw during the invasion he decided to use his technical know how, his fortune, and his military training (he left the Air Force as a Major) to develop technology to help drive away the invasion. Sinking most of his fortune into this endevor, he still finished his technology too late to help with the invasion. He has turned his attention towards the gangs of criminals that have risen in the chaos following the invasion.
