Patrick O?Conners is an Irish citizen from Cork County, Ireland. He is truly a creation of the Emerald Isle, possessing a command over the weather and a shriek of the banshees. He used his powers to fight crime in Cork and later in Dublin, but realized that in order to gain a true mastery of his abilities he would have to come to the United States to work in Paragon City. He dreams of the day when he can return to Ireland, but for now is focused on mastering his powers to speed up his return home.
