Character Bio

LCDR Steve Seaborn, USN (Ret.) was born with a weak mutant ability to control
weather. It manifested itself as a weak control over the wind that he would use
to win sailing races growing up. As an officer in the US Navy he was a rising star
and considered a lock for becoming an Admiral. The Ritiki Invasion changed all
of that. He was abourd his destroyer, the USS Paragon, as the Ritki were wiping
out his fleet. Something overcame him and he released a monsterous blast
allowing his ship time to escape. The power so drained him that he was weak
and hospitalized for the remainder of the conflict. He was honorably discharged
to come to Paragon City and learn to develop and train his powers to reach his
full potential.
