????????? ????? (Magma Cannon) is one of the many mutants devloped out of operation ????? ??????? (Super Child) a cold war project that attemped to create a legion of Soviet Super mutants.
Many of the mutants involved in the project did become fierce socialist and champions of the workers. As the Soviet regeime of the time was actually trying to keep the workers in line this back fired terribly.
Magma Cannon, along his brother "The Workers Champion" led a number of Soviet Mutants in revolt against the government, culminating in the collapse of the Soviet Union.
Magma Cannon still believes in Socialist rights and the working class, but is a vicious opponent of totalitarian governments the world over.
