Character Bio

Shawna Hammond was an unassuming apprentice to a mage of the Legacy Chain. She turned a blind eye to her teacher's flaws until it became clear that he was interested in her body and had no real intentions of teaching her magic. She researched other groups who would be willing to help her plumb the arcane mysteries. When her mentor learned of her interest in the Circle of Thorns he became enraged and assaulted her, leaving her to die, broken and bloodied. Shawna was able to call her contact in the Circle on her cellphone and eventually recovered from the encounter. The price exacted by the Circle for saving her was steep - a lien on her soul - but it was worth it. Now the Legacy Chain will face her Obsidian Wrath, as will any others foolish enough to get in her way.
