Character Bio

Arlene Myers would have been the typical girl next door, even in a city of heroes, if not for the tragic death of several family members. Many died after heroes valiantly tried to rescue them but failed. This caused hatred and distrust to build up in Arlene. To the point where she almost went rogue if not for her longtime friend, Rosalyn Silver, otherwise known as the Dominica. Arlene still had just enough faith left in her to follow Rosalyn's example, and fight as one of the Church. Her persistence and determination would have put her equal to Rosalyn, if not for Arlene's methods. Not as skilled as her friend, Arlene knew her firearms, growing up in the same rundown areas of Kings Row that Rosalyn called home as well. She considers herself a Sister of Mercy, as one who mercifully puts criminals out of their evil misery with bullets.
