Agent Causality is he a Mender from Ouroboros? Perhaps a Crey Paragon Protector Elite? Or as often thought a member of the Council's Void Hunters. The rumors of him being a Longbow Warden could possibly be the real truth though. Most scrying spells tell us he is a member of the Legacy Chain. 

In actuality he is all of those an more. A hyper-aware character piloted by the player Ceejer. Agent Causality can sense the fourth wall were the pilot camera is located and often speaks directly to other pilots camera. Waving or occasionally pointing and laughing.
