Phylacterie is a known rebel to the goals of the Preatorian Regime. Previosly believed dead, our spies uncovered evidence that leads us to suggest that she is alive and has been joined with a Nictus. Experts predict however that her simbiotic joining is flawed, and that her human body is slowly dying. Our experts suggest she has fled our reality to another more advanced timeline to seek medical help. This alternate timeline, divergent from "true" reality, is weak, and ripe for invasion. However, the alternate dimention happens to be home to Catechism, another kheldian, and in fact, her alternate copy. We must dispose of them before any invasion attempt is to be made.
