Bio: Code name Stiletto grew up in the King's Row district of Paragon City, and was documented as a juvenile delinquent by the age of 13. After a run-in with the PPD, Stiletto was convicted of a felony and sent to the young adult section of The Zig. Shortly therafter, a known Superhero named Eucharist started a program to get juveniles out of prisons, attempting to reform them. Part of this program involved training them to fight crime, and assigning them as sidekicks to heroes all over the city. Eucharist took Stiletto under her wing, and the two have been seen throughout Paragon City, as well as unconfirmed reports of covert operations, within the Rogue Isles.

Statistics: slight egoistic attitude, extreme dislike of Skuls, Hellions, The Family, and Clockwork. Slight sympathies for the Prisoners, Trolls, and Tsoo.
