Katie Ryder aka Outlaw Ryder
As a child everyone compared Katie to her little sister, Crystal.  Katie was always in trouble in one way or another, so much so that she got the nickname Outlaw.
Everyone was in disbelief when Crystal turned to the dark side joining forces with Sede Vacantte, even joining Cosa Nostra.
Outlaw became a Hero and joined Sisterhood in order to save her sister from her villianous ways and she needs to do it soon because if the family matriarch, Outlaw Woman finds out that a member of her family went to the dark side it will be a COLD day in Paragon City.
