Character Bio

Drake Savage is a man's man. He grew up on sports and dirt. After graduating from high-school, he decided to join the Army and go fight the Vietnamese. During his time in Vietnam, he was party to many clandestined missions - being a medic of Ranger Battalion Bravo and all.
During one such mission, he was mortally wounded when a mortar shell exploded over his patrol. He was found lying in his own innards by an unusual floating creature. Thinking he was hallucinating because of the pain, Drake decided to ignore everything that was going on around him.
He awoke in a hospital in the States - discovering that he had been in a coma for two full weeks. When he regained conciousness, he miraculously recovered fully after a mere four additional days. He had found out that his wounds should have killed him, but he had actually survived in his comatose state for two days before anyone had found him and the remnants of his patrol...
