Character Bio

Tony Diego Montoya grew up in Los Angelas, singing every minute that he was awake (and while he was asleep as well, much to the chagrin of his family). He began training for the opera at the age of ten, and he has become one of the world's most beloved opera stars.
He found that his voice could do certain things when he pitched it just right. And, upon hearing about the plight of Paragon City, he decided to try to put his talents to better use. He took on the guise of his character in the rock opera 'Flatulencio's Surprise,' which was written by the Canadian comedy duo Terrance and Phillip. So, as Flatulencio, Tony runs around Paragon City beating down the lawless.
