Character Bio
Martin Carter has been special all of his life - but he has done his best to conceal the fact. Growing up in rural South Carolina in the 70's, Martin was always able to know what others were thinking. He found that he could also manifest psychic energy so that it would do his bidding. Upon reaching adulthood, he decided to hone his powers so that he would be able to use them to thwart evil-doers. Using them for the greater good, he became a pediatrician working in Pargon City.He decided to start a Super Group of mutants - starting with his two best friends John Baker (Gamma Skull) and Jimmy Rodriguez (Slap). The Paragon City Justice Society was born! Since it's inception, he found that just having mutants join would mean that many very well-deserving friends would be left out; therefore, with the agreement of his High Council, he decided to allow all comers.
