Character Bio

Latoya Brown was born in Baltimore as one of a pair of special twins. Her brother, Jarius (aka Frozen Rope), and she realized their powers from birth. Whenever she would get irritated, Latoya would create a field of crushing force around whatever (or whomever) had been the cause. Their parents decided that they would move to Paragon City where they had heard of a supergroup known as the Paragon City Harmony Project. They had found out that the PCJS would train their children how to control their powers. They remain close to their children to this day.
