Character Bio

Jimmy Rodriguez grew up in an hispanic community on the South-side of Miami.
His parents were first generation imigrants from Cuba, and they were very proud to say that they were citizens of the United States. They were innocent bystanders killed in a gang related crime - a hold-up gone bad.
The shock of losing his parents awakened a hidden power within Jimmy. He found that he was able to draw energy from all living things around him and channel it to his liking. He
began to hone his skills, and he declared that he would have vengeance on the
gangs that wreaked havoc in his fair city. When he had his fill of the gangs of
Miami, he decided to help out at Paragon City by beating back its ever
growing criminal element.
