The Targeteer, as far as is know, was a promising Wyvern Agent who got selected for a secret experiment by Manticore. Unknown what precisely happened but as far as record shows, Targeteer shows great physical endurance and durabilty. Combined with an array of technical arrows and gadgets, he has shown great potential as a Hero by himself. Whether he still works for Wyvern/Manticore has never been confirmed but he does seem to show up a lot of places, that Manticore shows interest in.
