Character Bio
Project 39 was lent to be used during the invasion of Rogues Isle. Upon landing, Project 39 waited and waited to link up with the heroes of Paragon City to crush the villains. Much to 39's dismay, the heroes never showed. Fighting off hordes of master mind flunkies, she fell in a little over one hour. During the fight, the brain of her cyborg body was badly damaged. All failsafes have been removed. All she remembers is the feeling of abandonement and will now do all within her power to reap her vengeance upon the world.
