Pariah once worked for Crey Industries where he was a promising Field Agent. On an assignment where he stole some serious High Tech equipment, under the nose of several Heroes, he decided that he no longer was satisfied serving Crey. He stole the Tech from Crey, and made it look like he died in an attempt to recover it from his worst rival in Crey Industries. That way he could start a new life, and eliminate one of his rivals.
He gathered some of the hoodlums and lowlives he had used in his career in Paragon City, and ventured forth into the Rogue Isles. Here is to set himself up as one of the movers and shakers of the Isles.
