Tom Dallas is a street hood from the word "Go." He's rough, unrefined, mean, and likes to show it. Born and bred on the mean streets of Baltimore, Tom had always enjoyed being a criminal. If you wanted something, you took it. Playing by the rules was for suckers. Eventually, he did fives years in The Zig for armed robbery. But he's out now and roaming the streets. Citizens beware!
