Character Bio

Steven Foad was born with his powers, unlike most mutants who have their powers surface in their teenage years, Steven's power were there from day one. His parents had no trouble dealing with strong, invulnerable, fast boys(he has a twin brother with the same powers, Stephen) since they themselves had the same powers.

His parents ran a demolition company, Emerald Chaos Inc., but used no heavy machinery since they themselves could level whole city blocks with their strength.

Steven Foad-Was once known as Kid Chaotic but is now Celestial Chaos.
