Known History;
Tien Lung is a young Chinese boy, who came to Paragon City on behalf of his Celestial Father; The Jade Dragon of the East. As a child of a mortal woman and a Dragon, Tien Lung has an unknown potential power lvl. Several tests shows latent powers of flight, amazing speed, staming and strenght, but these are all but a few of the powers associated with his Celestial father, only time will show what will become of this young hero. So far he has been taken in by Back Alley Brawler and runs with some of his other young Heroes in a group called The Young Vindicators.
Note - Lung's father has given him several talismans, which gives the young hero the ability to summon his allies from afar, the aid of a ghostly spirit to boosts his powers and a wand of Darkness
