This feline street thug found the perfect drug. More accurately, this feline street thug stole the perfect drug. Straight out of the labs at Crey Industries, she made off with a highly potent (and highly addictive) muscular and neural stimulant and she intended to do what any enterprising illegal entrepreneur would do with it: ruin people's lives and take their money too.

However, a double run-in with the Family, who thought much the same, and the Council, who just wanted it to dope up their ranks, left her with a few scars for her trouble and a bath in a vat of the experimental drug. After crawling out, she realized that she gained the ability to infect anybody she touches with the stimulant, boosting the victim's physical limits to the extreme but ultimately rendering him a complete slave to the drug, willing to do anything to get another fix. Taking to the streets once again, she figures amassing an army of junkies for world domination and maybe a spot of revenge shouldn't take too long.
