*formerly a street level hero in Paragon, he would've been a somewhat well known do gooder in the low lvl zones, stopping bank robberies and muggings and whatnot

*has a blackhole generator embedded in his chest. Ice powers are RPed as him compressing localized particles, sucking the heat out of them, then throwing them. Kin is just manipulation of gravitational and quantum fields due to the black hole.

*the black hole can be used as a weapon itself, but it's a last resort for obvious reasons.
